Therefore, it has become her specialty to support the development of companies` business objectives as a sparring partner, advisor / mentor, inspirer and facilitator - often from a HR perspective..

Education and Experience 

Henriette sticks to what she can, and to the areas where she creates results. She has more than 20 years of experience in her field - as a Manager and Consultant in the financial sector, and as an indepentent Business Consultant for the past 10 years.

Henriette has a bachelor's degree in finance, is certified in the LEGO@SERIOUS PLAY@method and has participated in severral leadership development programs.

Over the years, she has been certified in a number of sales and management tools as well as in several different logic, personality and behavior tests. Henriette also has experience as an interim HR Manager from a number of major Danish and international companies.
